The booking agents and process including yourself. I booked via booking.com not another agency. As soon as I booked I was called by a third party agent demanding all payments and deposits immediately. They also wanted scanned id of all guests. I paid then they cancelled. They eventually rectified. Just too much hassle. Wouldn’t deal with either of you again.

The property was unacceptable to get in do to the very high steps ho climb before we even got in the door the company did say we could not get our money back even the deposit we had to pay in cause we did any damage. How could be cancel a booking before we had seen the property which the lady told us we should have done the day before our trip. A disaster from start to finish the other guess also saw the problem we had. Your lady did not understand what we were going through.

We struggled with the arrival at the property as had not use the onestay method system of booking etc before and it seemed unnecessarily complicated
GBThe apartment was clean and well-appointed. Bed comfortable and fresh bedding, and we both had a restful nights sleep. Being at the front of the building meant lovely views over the marketplace. A couple of slight annoyances, remote control for the TV was missing, and after an extensive search was found down the back of the sofa. Nowhere to place your clothes in the bathroom, but one of the £9 stools in living area sufficed. £9 stools I hear you ask... Well, the price labels were hanging underneath them, Dunelm Mill... Excellent value.
Before staying at this property, please note that it's managed by a private host, namely 12 STAY. This fact proved to be the reason we will never stay here again... 12 STAY insisted on a £200 security deposit, uploading of your identity, (I.e. driving licence) and the name of the other guest! On the day of our stay, we had to contact 12 STAY because the check-in time of 16.00 passed without any access details being forwarded to us. The person we spoke to was very aloof, didn't apologise for this inconvenience, and eventually gave us verbal details of how to access the property in a somewhat disparaging way. Finally, the security deposit should have been returned within 10 days of our stay. It wasn't! I contacted them four times by telephone, but it took 30 days for the deposit to be returned! As Arthur Daley would have said... "Nice little interest earner" 💷
