Perfectly fine . There’s no any issues

We got a triple room and a double room. Both were well furnished, equipped and well cleaned. The staff was really friendly. Specially Mr. Susantha and all others in the staff were very attentive and supportive. The rooms were well air conditioned, cleaned and prepared when we arrived there around 2 pm at the earliest we could check in. Very safe and well maintained property with a beautiful view all around the hotel. There were many universal electric plug ports which we don't see at many hotels. The electricity, water, lighting, bedding, dining area, balcony, TV and many more facilities were well supplied and were in excellent state. Although we got our dinner and breakfast ordered from outside, the staff provided us a well organised dining setup to have the meals with every cutlary needed and the service was execellent. Usually this is not happening everywhere and it is my first experience to be served well like that for outside ordered food at a hotel when we stay. We are very happy and we were very comfortable at our stay.

The free WiFi supplied at the property worked well for the double room but was a little off the range for the triple room. But the triple room was equipped with an Ethernet port to support the drawback. In addition, the location of the property has many access routes to the hill top and it is very convenient when we contact the property through a phone call and get the details for the easiest path to arrive. It is because the GPS or Google navigation does not provide the easiest route yet.
