Villa Magerit, entire home 5 minutes easy walk to sandy beach

A nice size villa for a family with two rooms upstairs and one in the basement. We had everything we needed (thank you for the welcome mineral water and wine bottle -- appreciate it after a long day of travel). The description was very accurate, including the easy walk to the beach. The owners / staff were helpful and accommodating and provided useful tips in the area. The pool was well kept and perfect for adults and the kids. We loved the nearby beach -- perfect sea temperature, clear water, so relaxing, fun with a bunch of restaurants / bars around, yet on the quieter side. We had a lovely stay. It was a bit difficult to find in the dark as we arrived late (much easier during the day, I'm sure).

The location is good! Only a few blocks from the beach. Great information from the owners before our stay (except the private pool-situation).

The advertised private pool was in fact a shared pool in which only 6 put of our party of 8 were allowed to visit together as we only had 6 passes. The pool wasn’t open 11-15 and 17-21 so morning swim was out of the question and no toys or balls were allowed so not suitable for children. I was informed that the ad was incorrectly saying ”private pool” but unfortunately after the free cancellation period had passed. The apartment is better suited for two adult couples or a family with older kids that eat out all the time. The apartment is underdimensioned for 8 people with smaller children - a tiny kitchen, no space to play and only one shower. It was dirty when we came. My wife had to start the vacation by sweeping the floor. We had to move a small bedside table and it was disgusting it clearly had not been cleaned for quite a while. The electricity kept going out all the time. We couldn’t run the dishwasher while the AC was on.

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko morza, promenady i parków. Restauracje, pizzeria, sklepy, apteka w sąsiedztwie, także przystanki komunikacji. Bardzo dobre miejsce wypadowe oraz do odpoczynku 😀 Na osiedlu basen z ratownikiem 😀 Dobry i szybki kontakt z Właścicielem i Gospodarzem 😀 Wyposażenie willi zgodne z opisem. Aneks kuchenny bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Jest pralka, żelasko, ręczniki... Klimatyzacja jest salonie i w dwóch górnych sypialniach. Dodatkowo w sypialniach są jeszcze wentylatory. W dolnym podpiwnicznym pokoju jest tylko wentylator sufitowy. Bardzo miłe zaskoczenie, że nawet były dodatkowe ręczniki plażowe, maty i parasol 😀 a także drobne zabawki dla młodszych dzieci.

Zepsuta zewnętrzna roleta, której nie można złożyć i wieczorem nie było przepływu powietrza. Szkoda też, że w dolnym pokoju jest tylko wentylator sufitowy, w lato jest ciepło i duszno w nim spać. Mała liczba kontaktów i słabej jakości. Dodatkowo przy uruchamianiu zmywarki lub pralki trzeba było wyłączać klimatyzacje w sypialniach bo inaczej wyłączały się bezpieczniki.

Place is clean and aircondition is good

I mistakenly though a remote was my phone. And took it home. I tried to send them the remote through mail and they gave me a wrong address. Now they want me to pay again for the send. Im trying to find a comprise to work it out and they are threatening me to scale this up and not finding an amicable solution with me. Its a bad client treatment.
