Spacious Harhoura Villa: Perfect for Families (5min to Beach)

Villa spacieuse et impeccable — Propriétaire au top ! Nous avons séjourné dans cette belle villa à Harhoura et nous en sommes vraiment ravis. La villa est spacieuse, propre et très bien entretenue, exactement comme présentée. Un vrai coup de cœur ! Cependant, nous avons malheureusement eu quelques difficultés avec l’agence qui gère la location: très peu joignable, et quand on réussit à les avoir au téléphone, l’accueil est peu professionnel et franchement désagréable. Des échanges compliqués, un manque de sérieux évident et une expérience globalement très décevante de leur côté, ce qui nous a causé pas mal de stress inutile. Heureusement, le propriétaire a rapidement pris les choses en main et a tout mis en œuvre pour que notre séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions. Son implication et sa bienveillance ont vraiment fait la différence et ont sauvé le séjour ! En résumé : une villa au top, un propriétaire réactif et attentionné, mais je recommande vivement de traiter directement avec le propriétaire plutôt que de passer par l’agence. Je reviendrai sans aucune hésitation ! 🙌​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Nothing, worst experience, no communication, did not answer on WhatsApp and after 2 days only on booking, very dirty, no clean linen, stinky, no hot water, insects in the room, a toilet changed to shower, no handle for the shower, no internet, the information for internet they sent not right, it didn’t work on any of our 5 person phones. Heating didn’t work at all in one room. Old and poor towels with no extra towels for a week, bad condition Hause, moist, humid and cold! The living room had no heating and it was impossible to sit in there, kitchen in the basement, the coffee kettle was roasted

Insects walking on bed and floor, I have made videos of the insects crawling in our room, we got sick and could not stay in the house, 2 of us stayed one night and the 3 of us stayed 2 nights even though we booked for one week, don’t be lured by the pictures like we did, they are either old or AI generated pictures! A hostel is better than this house! The worst is no communication either in booking platform or by WhatsApp! Don’t be the next victim! Booking should not advertise this house again!

The house is beautiful and spacious. There is plenty of room for a large family or group. The house offers a comfortable toilet on the living room floor and bathroom with separate shower on the first floor. There is a lovely courtyard, and if the water feature would have had water, it would have been really wonderful.

The house was not prepared for guests. The lights on the first floor did not work, and although the owners sent an electrician to fix the fuses within an hour, we arrived at 11 pm and could not get settled until the problem was fixed. The AC did not work in one of the bedrooms and again, although the owners responded to our request, it took two days to have the unit fixed. We booked for a group of 8 adults and were provided with two sheets and 5 towels. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on beds without proper bedding with heat of 30-32 degrees. The kitchen was spacious and would have been perfect for our family reunion, had it had enough mugs, bowls and cutlery. As it happened we found two forks and later, rummaging under the cutlery tray we found three small ones. We had three mugs to share with eight adults, no cleaning resources or toilet paper were available. In the description it says that the house has a jacuzzi, but this is not true. It has a corner bath, but not a jacuzzi. We could have lived with all these issues, but on our first day we were invaded by cockroaches. At first we tried to get rid of them with insecticide. We used a whole can and could not stand in the kitchen for the fumes. I spent hours on Saturday 2nd August buying desinfectante, floor cleaner and sanitiser and washed floors, scrubbed surfaces and walls…in my hard earned and paid for holiday. It was futile, as the house had not been kept in clean order, and there were cockroaches at different stages of development all over the place. When I got rid of one lot, it was replaced by others a few hours later. In the end we gave up using the kitchen and resorted to eating out, spending more than we had predicted and not being able to spend time busy with family. I asked the owners for help and they did not respond to my messages, either using booking.com platform or WhatsApp.

- The hosts were very friendly and responded fast most of the time - Convenient to get two property keys for the gate and a key lock on the front door - The property was very spacious and had multiple rooms - The neighbourhood felt safe and proper

We hope the property owners will take a look at the following points to improve: - The address didn't match the location which made us have trouble finding the property - The host who handed over the keys could only speak French, lucky enough one of us spoke the language - The beds were very firm - we would have liked them to be a little bit softer - The home wasn't fully cleaned yet. The cleaner had to come back on our 2nd day - The shower didn't drain well as the water flowed away from the drain. This always left a cm of water in the bathroom. - The chairs around the dining table were dangerous/faulty, they almost toppled backwards while just staring at them
