The property was splendid! It was amazing! The location and the esthetics of the apartment were amazing. The pictures do not adequately portray the apartment. It was worth the price and better than any hotel we could have rented while there in Windsor. Laura was so accommodating and nice over the phone. I only wish we would have stayed there first before visiting London as we might have stayed longer. This is definitely a place my wife and I would like to stay at again in our next visit to Windsor.

Perfect location , beautiful decor , easy to entertain , drinks etc.Spa treatment was libel as was the extra treatment and complimentary champagne

Parking remotely was ok but not ideal. No kitchen scissors or replacement kitchen towel.The top of the wardrobe had not been dusted. Toilet roll holder wonky. The builder was waiting to gain access at 9am, we thought we had till 10am, were we mistaken? No recycling facility.
