Difficult to find for the first time.

The location was fantastic, The Sea view was just amazing, a few minutes chill pleasant walk from the beach, you could literally go back and back from the apartment to the beach in 5m

everything was great.

We had a wonderful 1 week stay at this place. The view from the big balcony over the sea and the bay is just breathtaking, at each day time. Providing two balconies always gives you the chance to switch between the hot Sardinian sun and some shade. Price / Value ratio is very good for Sardinia, in our opinion. You have several magnificient beaches in walking distance. The interior equipment has a good standard. The communication with the owner was very good. The overall apartment complex is very clean and other people were very kind. We would definitely come again.

The access to the apartment within the complex can be a bit tricky :-) For fellow travelers: You'll have to park shortly outside the complex (before one of the bars / car barrier), then walk to the apartment (you'll definitely need the map of the complex beforehand). Then get the opening device from the apartment, then back to the car, to enter one of the two parking lots. But that's now problem if you've done it once. But the owner was also ready to help via phone :-)

Hard to find the first time and poor instructions

A view to die for! We never tired of sitting and gazing on the blue blue sea. The nearby beach was excellent (thanks for providing beach equipment) and coastal walks made for a great stay.

Sea views from both balconies. Very close to beach. The local bakery Briciole Di Bonta has gorgeous bread and pastries, especially typical Sardinian cakes.

A bit far from a choice of supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

Unhelpful host, knives didn't work, no microwave, combustion cooker but no instructions, couldn't use stover top coffee maker (in Italy!), said to put a metal plat on stove then stove top, but couldn't find this, what I did find didn't work, no kettle, no wifi. Very unhelpful host who couldn't/ wouldn't provide information about transport, opening hours (siesta), told me to look online when there was no wifi! Area is quite remote, only a small expensive supermarket near by and restaurants are overpriced and low quality. To top it off, the host then requested 26 euros for "tourist tax" in cash or via Paypal, total joke, do not recommend.
