Decent location , comfortable. Host was nice

For the price we paid, it didn’t feel like the best value—but we made the most of it. The main issues were likely due to the location. There was a lot of noise, especially between 4–7am, with people smoking and being loud despite all the posted rules. The kitchen could have been cleaner, especially considering there’s a cleaning fee—there really shouldn’t be any leftover dirt or grime. Parking is also a challenge if you’re staying more than a couple of nights. Overall, not terrible, but definitely not ideal.
