Location is good, nice quiet neighborhood. House was in good condition with nice outdoor space.

Lighting in bedroom was not functional. We had problems with watching TV. There were no instructions and we could not watch any local news or very much at all. Also, there are 2 steps down to bedroom. Was not expecting that.
