Welcome cake was lovely as was teas and coffees. Pass for free parking was really good. Location brilliant. A couple of twin rooms would have been useful as opposed to all doubles but we managed ok

Big house in great location. House was clean with comfy beds and welcoming lounge.lovely touches with cake / tea and coffee.plenty of dvds/ games for wet days and bucket and spades and body boards for sunny ones.

Not a problem to us but be aware of three flights of stairs for anyone with mobility issues

"Lovely property, everything in there that you could need."

Great location for being in the heart of Barmouth. Loved the supply of buckets and spades and body board etc

But being right next to a pub it was a little noisy in the morning with deliveries but just made sure the window was shut on the 2nd night.

4 good bedrooms, lovely lounge and kitchen Very clean and comfortable in a good location

No problems, please be aware 3 flights of stairs to get to the top 2 bedrooms and shared bathroom on the 2nd floor. Bath sides are a bit high, so could do with a better non slip bath mat to make it easier and safer to get into the Shower No parking, but no problems using in street overnight These are just comments for awareness, but would gladly go back, good value for 4 bedroom accommodation
