DEFIFIKaikki oli kuvauksen mukaista. Rauhallinen asunto hyvällä paikalla.
JPオウル駅から近く、又オールドマーケットホールにもほぼ1本道で行けます。又周囲にはショッピングセンターもあります。 100年以上経っている建物の様ですが、内部はリノベーションがされていて綺麗です。周囲も静かな環境です。又エレベーターがあったのがスーツケースを持っている身としては大変有り難かった。
サウナがありましたが、スイッチを入れて暫く待っても全く熱くならず入れなかったので、何かマニュアルが設置されていれば良かった。 洗濯機も使用方法が分からなかったが(洗濯機の水栓を開放する必要があった)電話で確認をしたところ丁寧に写真を送ってくれた。
