Casa Del Subacqueo. Amazing Terrace With Sea View. Wi-Fi

The View was outstanding as advertised, the amenities (including clothes washer which was not listed but should be since we specifically went to a laundry before arrival), the amount of space, and the decor were all wonderful. The apartment was clean and functional.

Apartment is advertised as having air conditioning, which is does, but air conditioning is only in living room area, not in bedroom which is the most important area, and not strong enough to cool remote bedroom space. We had to check out early and go to a hotel for remaining two nights of our stay. Additionally, while the terrace was wonderful, there was no shade umbrella provided so it was not usable during most of the day due to heat. Also, while the host was nice, no instructions were ever sent to us in writing by email, and the woman who checked us in (different than the host) did not speak English, so we don’t think we had complete understanding of everything. Additionally, the pre-entry door that served the top floor apartments was broken into while we were there, which reduced the sense of security in the apartment.
