Very clean. Fresh carpets. Nice towels and linen. Good communication from owner. Location suited our needs. Spacious bathroom.

Stairs are steep and narrow and need a handrail added for safety. The sitting room needs a rethink as only a two seater sofa so one of us had to sit on the floor. TV stood in the middle of the dining table doesn’t really work. Would have been handy to have more than one door key between three of us. Ill- fitting curtains & blinds. Broken fixtures & fittings. £200 security deposit and ID check came as a surprise as not mentioned on booking.com listing

The house was very comfortable, clean and welcoming and there was goood communication with the Host who was very helpful. We enjoyed the location of the house, in a quiet street just off Penny Lane, which had some good places to eat and good public tranport links to get into Liverpool city centre.

I don’t know anything about it! It was on for £4 so I booked and paid for it, thought I had found myself a great deal but they said ‘actually it’s unavailable’ surprise!

I think I may have liked it if they had have honoured it.

The property had been well renovated and decorated. The beds are very comfortable and the house was very clean. It worked very well for us as a family of 4. A great place if you are looking for a base to visit Liverpool. There was 4 of everything we needed, chairs, cutlery, mugs etc so it might be more of a challenge for a bigger group. The lounge has a 2 seater settee so a couple more comfortable chairs would have been welcome.
