Loved the location, the house, the pool, hot tub, basketball court and everything about it. We also seen lots of wild life there!!!

Just a few things that needed to be cleaned and as soon as I let him know he sent someone over to clean it up.

Location was great , pretty private and small pool was good for kids. Facility was clean and easy to manuever around.

Bed mattresses were not supportive or comfortable. Living room sleeper sofa slanted down so couldnt sit properly in it.

The location was perfect. Very close to the main strip of Gatlinburg but still tucked away in the trees for a cabin vibe. The layout of the house is nice. Big spacious rooms, amazing outdoor space. Well stocked kitchen, they even had board games, extra linens, supplies for coffee etc.lots of parking space. Easy to get to. The linens were so soft and good quality. This was a last minute booking for us. Our original location was a disaster and we found this one last minute and they worked with us so well to get us settled. The owners were so polite and easy to work with. We will certainly be booking with them in the future.

Water pressure was a little low in the master bathroom. But I like strong water pressure. Other than that the place was perfect.

שקט מרחב מתקנים

בחר שינה היה קן של חיפושיות מעופפות מטרד רציני חלון לא אטום לגמרי ( משם נכנסו החיפושיות מהחוץ ידית מקלחון בחדר שינה הורים, לא נכון לאורחים שמשלמים במיטב כספם . יש כפתור מיוחד שצריך ללחוץ כל הזמן כדי לקבל זרם מים סביר נועד לחיסכון אבל לא פרקטי לאורחים שבאים להנות בחופשה
