the location was great wih an amazing garden, bed was comfortable and all faciities good

person in other space did come out and smoke so was a bit noisy with the doors going.

"Peaceful, relaxing, lovely garden, with plenty to do and see."

No breakfast available, but there was a fridge, so we could have continental breakfast at our leisure, plus plenty of places in Wells for cooked breakfast. Garden was lovely peaceful and relaxing certainly a hidden gem.

Washing up was a little tricky. Fridge could do with an up date, which I believe the owners are planning to do.

"A hidden gem worth finding."

It was easy to find, the off street parking was a plus. The room was well presented and had everything we needed to start and enjoy our break. The garden area was lovely and gave you that lovely feeling that you had found some where special to stay. We were just a short walk into town where we could find the many bars and restaurants to sit and enjoy. Overall the title of the property is accurate “a hidden gem”. Thank you Fiona for making our stay perfect.
