Gull Rock, close to Tunnels Beach & Harbour with Parking

Great host. Really helpful when I could not see her photos on the app. The flat had everything you would need for a little holiday and was really nice and cosy. Would recommend.

The flat was lovely like a home away from home. It was so close to the beach and harbour. I booked it for a wedding at Tunnels Beaches and it was a two minute walk away which was great. We were provided with milk, biscuits, and a full fruit basket which were very much appreciated. The flat was cleaned to high standards.

The accommodation had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, comfortable and convenient for walking to local shops. It's one of the best places I've stayed and would definitely stay here again. I would recommend this place to family and friends. The property also comes with a parking space which is really helpful.

Lovely, clean apartment. Close to amenities, walking distance to harbour.

Superb location with bonus of private parking. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Owner was super helpful and friendly and provided a bowl of fresh fruit and other essentials on arrival. There was a supermarket up the road and plenty of eateries a short walk away.

Nothing to dislike unless you don’t like stairs.

Stairs are bit narrow to carry baggage but should not be a big issue

The place was immaculate, really comfy and really well thought out faultless. If I was going to be real picky. The vinyl in the bathroom on the hand basin side was lifting away from the floor and if my partner had a shower and I got in after her the shower tray would start filling up with water. (Plug filter needs cleaning) but like I say that's being real picky.

One thing I noticed straight away was that there is no handrail on the second run of stairs. Also the tunnels beach is shut and has been shut for some time and will be shut for at least the rest of the year.

Perfect proximity to the centre of Ilfracombe, arcade, beaches, and the local Lidl. Great access for travelling elsewhere. The parking was 100% worth it!! Lots of natural light, and great views from the master bedroom. Photos don't do it justice. It's a great little home base for the week. And a great home from home. Loved all the little extras.
