Todo!! Excelente ubicación y muy cómodo para viajar en familia, con niños.

El piso no tiene nada que ver con las fotos y la limpieza fatal,de hecho las canastas de basura no tenían bolsas de basura muy muy mal

Buen día hubo un pequeño mal entendido en la entrega de las llaves y me sentí perseguido y acosado por algo que no era así la chica un poco brisca para hablar

- its missing deep cleaning - shower door not closing - electric plugs falling off the wall (its dangerous! they replied that it's not, but indeed IT IS) - check-in procedure... you need to click a link to open the door (it didnt work for me, I couldn't enter the building in the evening, and I had to wait until someone else opens the door; the host wasn't replying at that time)

Very close to old town areas of interest & bars/ restaurants. When we finally found the flat & managed to get inside the lady who received us was friendly & did her best to welcome us, explaining in spanish which luckily we have a small ability to understand. The apartment was hard to find due to lack of directions prior to arrival & the receptionist not speaking any english-which makes telephone help pretty difficult. We walked past the building entrance 4 times before finding a local who thought they might know it & suggested possible apartment building in the street. The condition of electrical sockets was quite concerning. The bathroom wall socket was lose & hanging out of the wall-dangerous! The electric heater in living room was also not fitted properly & would have come out of the wall if the heater plug was touched. We saw this & although carefully touched it to confirm it was loose we did not attempt to unplug the heater. There was no information on wifi service in the premises luckily I checked the router & managed to connect to it using the password. Same with tv & controller. The front door lock was also poorly repaired with a wood screw poked into the bolt. This was loose & just fell out when I tried to close it. Generally the state of maintenance of the switches & door furniture needs attention from a qualified practically trained maintenance worker. Overall having been told that I had to pay an additional €25 for my wife to stay despite booking the flat for 2 persons (I showed the booking form which had both our names on it to the girl who let us in). I was not expecting to pay for person numbers as I have booked apartments before which are normally priced for the apartment-not how many in my family. Having arrived at night after a long journey I felt there was no option but to pay this extra charge so my wife could stay! Despite the good points had I known how things really were, I would not stay under these conditions.

Great location, in the city center. The room was clean and tidy. We knew from other comments that the shower was small and the soundproofing was poor. The smallness of the shower was amusing, but the size was enough for us. The sound insulation is poor, but we were so tired that it didn't cause us any problems.
