The location,the on-suite shower rooms, comfortable beds, fresh towels & bedding clean kitchen, crockery dishes,utensils, pots, table settings,cleaning materials dish washer, wash machine, etc all like new. Everything you need to enjoy your stay except comfortable seating, which was the only disappointment.

The black leather corner couch and the two window seats were most uncomfortable there was no back support we had to use the kitchen chairs instead. It was not suitable to seat 6 people . We liked the flat would and would only return if the lounge suite was replaced.

arrived after traumatic drive in heavy floods, no heating on, house in darkness, nothing in fridge , not even fresh milk , issues with hot water, towel rails , oven tripped electricity 3 times gave up & used too oven microwave instead , loose tile in en-suite only other TV “luxury property” was in 1 of the 3 bedrooms - did not work - photos taken as evidence but told upon their investigation after our stay that it worked perfectly ??🤔🤔🤔. my opinion - property lounge area is very clinical , very uncomfortable sofa , needs some warming touches
