"Nice place 10/10!"

Nice place, clean, easy to locate and helpful host. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Kitchen had everything that was required in terms of general utensils and equipment (plus extra cleaning products which you rarely see). Good size bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Within walking distance to local grocery store and short drive local to restaurants. Overall lovely place and great value for money.

"Home away from home"

It felt like home away from home. The host was very accommodating and understanding, we were all very comfortable and warm. All necessary kitchen facilities and utensils were provided. Very clean and secure property located near places to grab a quick bite! Will be staying here again!

I liked everything. Just the wifi was slow and the phone reception wasn’t great in this location.

A really nice comfy apartment with a very homely feel. The host was very friendly and responsive to any calls I needed to make to arrange the collection of the keys. I would stay again. Please note the property is advertised as a city centre apartment but it's actually in Small Heath which is a 35 -40 minute walk to the city centre at least. It is not in the city centre.

The distance from the city centre despite been advertised as a city centre apartment.
