DKThe pictures and presentation combined with a great location makes this little apartment look very attractive, but be aware this might not match reality
Upon arrival we discovered a very bad smell from the drains. Both of us got a stomach hurt (and we are not sensitive). We had to leave the apartment immediately. After contacting the landlord company we agreed to return to fix the problems by flushing the water systems for a few minutes. When that didn’t help and only caused minor flooding, we had to leave the apartment for good. Unfortunately the company refused to cancel our reservation, so we were kind of trapped. Luckily Booking (not the landlord) eventually helped us out of our bad situation. Something is for sure wrong with the drains and pipes and apparently 6 others customers have mentioned the same in their reviews, so please take care if you want to book this apartment.
