Furniture is cool and modern. Location was great nearby supermarket and salon and Fanadir marina.

- Cleanliness was not at best. The couch in the living room had some hair and small insects and the towels were not in good cotton quality.. - there is no elevator so it was difficult to transfer the bags to the second floor; a help would be appreciated if provided.

We are not satisfied with our stay at Mangroovy M10-2A-23. We did like the appartement and Mangroovy overall. The location is great, the bed was comfortable and the outside pool amazing. Therefore we really hope that you use our feedback to improve the experiences of others. Also, we want to be compensated for the doorlock mistake. This really had a big impact on our final day of our holiday. Please find our feedback below. Check-in It already started during our arrival. The adress details were wrong in the information you gave us (you said 12A instead of 2A). Our taxi driver and us have been looking for 12A for 30 minutes, with all suitcases and after a long travel. When we finally found the appartement, the description of how to use the lock were very vague. Also, the lock didn’t work properly already. It took us a long while before we figured it out. Not a nice way to start your holiday after a long trip. Locked out On our last day, we have been locked out for over 2 hours - because of empty battery of the doorlock… We called your service over 15 times and send many messages, no response. In the end, our security guy was able to get a hold off you and he tried to explain the situation. You promised to send someone, and that it would take 5 minutes. No one came, and after our security guy called again, we heard that you didn’t send anyone at all… But that NOW you would send someone. Why not send someone with the first call? Or answer our calls to explain how we were going to solve this? Finally, someone arrived from your company. He didnt speak english and was very impolite. No ‘sorry’ what so ever. As you can imagine, this was very frustrating for us. We had no idea what happened and how long it would take. It really ruined our last night of our holiday. Wifi As we are working remotely, its very important to have proper working wifi. In the 2nd week, the wifi wasn’t stable. Especially the last 3 days it didn’t work at all.
