Haus ist gut ausgestattet und die Lage sehr ruhig. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 20 Minuten zum Strand. In den Ort läuft man ca. 25 Minuten. Dort gibt es Albert Hein, Jumbo, Lidl, Bäckerei, Restaurants, eine gute Eisdiele usw.
