I like that the place is near Mall of Asia. The rooms are clean.

Had a hard time checking in, even though I sent the message 20 mins before arriving at the hotel. I had to call and send messages several times before I received the form that the receptionist needed so that we could check in. There was WIFI when we arrived. However, it was cut off around 10 pm until the afternoon of the next day, we can't use the tv as it is dependent on the internet.. I informed them, but there was no reply.

Very disappointed! We booked the place on the picture and ended up being forced by the host to go to another different location in a complete different building. Nothing we paid for was available: They made us wait 1h in the lobby, They split our group in different studios when we booked an big appartement, they didn’t have a parking, the pool was a 10m pool when it was supposed to be on the picture! No green no grass no kids area, nothing we paid for. They were extremely rude when we said this wasn’t what we paid for and that we wanted to be reimbursed, they didn’t even want to directly communicate with us, sending useless proxies to talk with us. At the end booking told us they would reimburse us but the host was blocking the paiement. Cherry on the cake, it was full of cockroaches!

the toilet flush is not working.toilet is big deal to us we request for maintenance but the staff didnot response.

The listing showed a pinned location right next to the Mall of Asia, which was a major factor in our decision to book—unfortunately, that wasn’t accurate. The actual location is several blocks away and definitely not a 5-minute walk, as claimed. We paid more than other available choices expecting close proximity, but that wasn’t the case. Additionally, the listing had unusually high fees (over PHP 4,000), and parking was an extra PHP 600 per night. Despite clearly communicating our arrival time through multiple messages, the unit was not ready when we arrived. To our surprise, the cleaner was still in the unit drinking a Jack Daniels and Coke when we showed up. We’ve stayed at Shore Residences before, so we had a good idea of what to expect. Unfortunately, this experience didn’t meet that standard. When a friend came to visit on the second day, they weren’t allowed in until the owner’s staff arrived—an unnecessary delay that took over an hour. We checked out after just one night and won’t be booking this unit again.
