Staff were very pleasant; hotel location good and room had good facilities.

I got bitten by bed bugs during my stay. The hotel manager moved me to another room but the bites were unpleasant and spoiled the last 2 days of my trip. I asked for a refund but the manager said it would need to be dealt with by the hotel's insurance. I've not heard anything since.

Staff was unpleasant, I’m personable, and rude. The rooms were gross, dirty sheets, dirty pillows, gross bathroom, not to mention finding 3 roaches in the room. Walked out to the car at night, and there’s nothing but the smell of weed everywhere. Not safe for children.
