It was very chilled and relaxed employee's were great assistance and helped with all my questions and concerns I also liked

Didn't like that they didn't really have breakfast just so?e mu and that they don't offer smoking rooms

The people and the room was ok

My second time staying there were roaches in the bathroom. The first time i didn’t see any.

Location

Dishes not already in cabinets. Felt like everything g was rashioned.

Close distance to game we were attending at Northwest Stadium. Close to Metro Station.

While the staff was very friendly, there was major updating needed to the room. Holes in walls and shower. Major cracks on the ceiling. There also seemed to be bullet-sized holes in the curtains. We also noticed that both nights of our stay that the Sheriff was posted in the parking lot. While this can be a good thing, this would lead me to believe this hotel is known for being in a bad area- just be aware before booking. There were bugs spotted in the room and in the cabinets, which I believe came from the sink. There are also many miscellaneous loud noises we could hear during the night that actually woke us up.

The staff were friendly, and very helpful.

Refrigerator didn’t work, there was no condition in the room just shampoo. There was an odor as well. They only provided three pillows not four.
