La communication avec la plateforme qui gère les informations. Vous parlez à des personnes qui n'ont aucune connaissance des lieux et mieux encore, vous ne parlez jamais avec la même personne. Il nous a fallu une heure (sous la pluie et avec les sacs) pour trouver l'entrée de l'immeuble avant de s'apercevoir qu'ils n'avait pas la bonne adresse !!
CN位置在市中心，步行可达主要景点，房间很干净，面积也大，紧邻主干道，噪声有但可以接受。屋主服务态度好，可以提供各方面的支持，通情达理。
厨房抽油烟机不工作了，煮食的话油烟味比较大。
INLocation, Clean and nice interior, spacious Apartment . Kitchen is well equipped except toaster. Host is very supportive.
3rd Floor NO elevator. Difficult for senior citizens to carry International bags. Bed room doesn't have fan/AC, at times feel hot/suffocating, if open window it's too noise. Bed room curtains don't block the light.
BEVery clean appartement, in the center of Almaty, helpfull host at lightspeed! A perfect place to fall in love with Almaty😊
