USThe location was perfect for me as the family member I was visiting lives close by in this quiet, safe and attractive residential neighborhood. Access to the apartment was extremely simple as it uses a door code and no key exchange (or key to misplace!) was necessary. The apartment had every amenity, including nine water full bottles of water in the refrigerator, just the right set of cooking utensils and pots, a large TV, and an ample clothes/storage closet. The place was super quiet and looked pristine. The host also nwent out of his way to purchase and deliver my favorite breakfast. This was unexpected and I was very appreciative.
I was stumped by the shower mechanism my first day. It could perhaps benefit from a short explanation, as the cold/hot water lever initially appeared to be locked at the mid point. Without a car, food-shopping was a bit far, until I eventually figured out the N Muni Metro line, which stopped conveniently located a half block away.
NLUSUSThe apartment has a newly renovated look and feel, and was very comfortable. There were plenty of street parking around the apartment as well. Also, the host was very responsive and was accommodating to additional things I needed during the stay (crib & iron). I would stay at this apartment again and would highly recommend others to stay at this place!

USGreat location. Easy to get in and out with lock box. Place was well stocked with coffee, towels, and amenities. It was nice and warm. The host was great.
