"Best condo in Playa de Carmen"

Apartment 5min from beach with fantastic roof pool including pool bar with friendly barman and very fair price. Two separate toilets are always a bonus. Garage parking lot was included.

"Nice and pleasant stay if we ignore the flooding incident"

Close to 5th Ave and beach. Excellent amenities and cozy room. The hot tub is a plus!

The apartment flooded on our first day and it was a huge inconvenience. We couldn't get hold of the administrator but the lobby people and janitor were really helpful to clear it out.

"Great place to stay!"

It looked just like in the pictures. Everything very clean and organized. Right next to 5ta Avenida and very easy to walk to. Surrounded by a lot of restaurants, bars and convenience stores.

I wish it had direct access to the beach, but everything was great. Hot water was not available some days, but you don’t need it here

Wonderful apartment with a fantastic rooftop pool and view. Our concierge Gabriel was very helpful. I would definitely recommend and stay there again. Mamitas beach club is very close. Close to everything.
