The ONLY thing that I can complain about is the directions to find the property and the inability to contact the host when we had that difficulty. The directions made sense once we found it, but it took some time, the directions take you behind a Royal Mail office, through a courtyard that didn’t look like it should be the location, we first entered it but turned around because there was empty metal trolleys and generally a bit grubby, like the back courtyard of shops etc, so we continued hunting, I tried calling the host but they did not answer, for 5minutes it was quite stressful but all was forgotten once we actually managed to access the property and start our holiday
