This is a self catering property therefore no food provided!

Some building work still going on which should be completed by next year. Issues addressed by host and did not take away from the comfort of the property. No other issues.

construction started at 7:30 every morning, we would return but not until that is complete.

Well what an unexpected delight the accomodation at 25 Breakwaters was! When we walked into the 3rd floor apartment we were instantly blown away by the fantastic panoramic views of the sea. With the tide in it was like being on a cruise ship! The balcony was private in that it had walls either side and had a lovely seating area to watch the world go by. The apartment itself was bright, light and very modern and looked brand new. The kitchen was well equipped and nothing was lacking. So overall, everything about our stay was brilliant and the beach and restaurants being on our doorstop was great too. So although quite expensive for a week, we would recommend

Although the photos of the inside of the apartment were true to form, the photo of the exterior of the building did not do it justice. Whilst the noise and dust from the building work was annoying, I imagine once the rest of the project is completed the overall look of the complex will be greatly improved. Also, in your joining instructions you said "using the Google maps link can also be used as a sat nav, just click on the link ......." . There was no link. Putting the address in our sat nav did not work. It brought us to the road in front of the property and it did not show Breakwater Way. We eventually found it, but the sign was a bit obscured, mainly by all the buildings works etc, which I know is out of your control. May I suggest that a comment such as "the turn into Breakwater Way is on Fort St, opposite the Fort Street Car Park and the property access is situated at the rear, on the left hand side of the building".

Absolutely gorgeous apartment overlooking the sea. It really feels like you've walked into a show home, everything was furnished and decorated to a very hand standard. The property also contained all the necessary kitchen amenities needed, so no need to bring anything for a short stay.

Not a problem but just a FYI - The apartment is park of a complex being built and therefore not on google maps yet so it took 2 turns to find it. The road is opposite the Lyons car park (the one by the go kart track). The only watch out is that as the complex is being built, the road to the property is a building site to one side. It's all fenced off so no danger but we did hear them especially in the morning. We're fairly early risers so wasn't a big issue but also means you can't open the windows of the bedroom due to the dust and noise. As said, it wasn't an issue for us and wouldn't hinder us returning.
