Puerto Banús - Modern apartment 5 minutes from the beach

Property was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. Host was very helpful

It was quaint, quiet and relaxing.

The immediate access to the main road from the car park was dangerous at times, when pulling out in the car straight into oncoming traffic. The apartment probably wouldn't suit a small child.

The property was in a very convenient location and is a great value for money. They provide everything you could need while also giving extra assistance if needed. Staff were very attentive and helpful.

It is exceptionally clean and comfortable apartment, with attention to the detail. It is in close proximity to the beach and you can reach Puerto Banus by walk in apr. 10 minutes. Aparment was super spacious and the bed was super comfortable. I addition Teresa was very kind and helpful-so thank you! I highly recommend staying at Puerto Banus Modern Apartment.

This apartment was not fit for tourist accommodation. Very small downstairs, living room 2.5meter square including sofa with kitchen further 2m deep. One room upstairs 3mx4m plus small corner bathroom. Stairs 2 feet wide which resembles a firemans pole with metal and wood treads with no banister on top half of stairs, very steep and quite dangerous and seemed to be hovering off the floor and held in place by 2 metal ruts into the wall - cannot comply with building regs. Dangerous for young and old. We had to barricade the top of the stairs off with our suitcases (which were extremely difficult to get up the firemans pole and most people would not manage it no doubt) so we did not fall down them in the night as not much room in the bedroom. The terrace outside is in fact a communal drying area for the flats, with the residents walking past the windows constantly hanging their washing out, so our guess is this is a converted store room and laundry room as all other flats on one floor. Swimming pool was fenced off and locked with no key provided. We went for a walk to get provisions, which was late at night and didnt feel safe in the surrounding area. We immediately arranged alternative accommodation for the next day in far superior accommodation for the same price.
