Een prachtig authentiek huis. De ligging is bijzonder mooi, heerlijk zwembad wat elke dag wordt schoongemaakt. Veel ruimte en een fijn terras boven.

De bedden zijn slecht. Voor de prijs mogen er wel betere matrassen komen.

The location and views were truly stunning, and the house itself was large and very spacious. We really appreciated the charming rustic décor. While we did encounter a few issues during our stay, the host responded promptly to address them, which we greatly appreciated.

Although the host was very quick to respond and communicative, her tone and approach were not quite what we expected from typical Italian hospitality. We felt somewhat pressured to follow the rules—which we would have gladly done regardless—but the way they were communicated felt a bit strict and unexpected. Additionally, the two-hour check-in window felt a little rushed and could be extended to offer guests more flexibility, especially considering that the house is quite far from the airport.

Nice converted farm house with pretty views.

Constant vehicle noise from a busy road nearby, fake/plastic pool only a meter deep, kettle not working and the arrogance of the owner made us really uncomfortable at the time of checking in.

A lovely location within walking distance of Lajatico. Private, great views. Great host. The Villa was comfortable and homely.

On the large side for a family of 5, so we didn’t use the full Villa. Not really a negative but definitely a good place for larger families.
