"Overall ok for this annual business trip. Certainly in my list for next trip."

Parking for extra vehicles. Many people travels in groups with multiple cars, even some big families would have extra vehicle. Don't mind paying for parking but important is they are available.

The noises from other units. The apartment rules mentions no noise after 11pm but even after midnight, there are people nailing, but not sure if it was above or besides.
