ORME RISE - Beautiful first floor apartment

Such a beautiful apartment, felt like we were at home. Great location and great communication from our hosts. Will definitely be returning. Excellent value for money.

Beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean apartment. Very welcoming and lots of little details thought of. Communication with the hosts was the great. The location was fantastic in the daytime, just around the corner from the pier and not far from the Orme tramway and Great Orme walks. Our kids slept in the quieter back bedroom and were very comfortable in there, we slept on the two living room sofa beds which weren’t hugely comfortable but we managed ok for a couple of nights.

As others have said, the trade off for the good location is the noise. It was horrendous in the evening / early hours of the morning on the Friday and Saturday we stayed. If you’re a couple staying in the back room and don’t mind turning the tv up in the evening then it’s absolutely fine, but if anyone is sleeping on the sofa beds I’d recommend ear plugs!

The property was immaculately clean and spacious. Jo had left milk in the fridge and Welsh Cakes. Thanks Jo. Everything you could need for a self catering holiday was in the apartment. The apartment is quirky. Nice soft furnishings, books, fleecy throws, lots of mirrors and art work. A home from home. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay at this apartment. We were in Llandudno for my husband’s 74th birthday. It is at the centre of everything. Close to shops, restaurants and the pier and only a short drive away from the quieter West Shore. Another bonus was that we could check in early. 1pm.

Nothing. Would just like to point out. We stayed from Friday until Monday. The streets and roads are extremely busy. Parking outside the property can be challenging as there are lots of folk leaving and arriving. However, we managed to park outside for the 90 mins permitted upon arrival and on the Monday when we were checking out. Otherwise my husband had to drive around the block to find a free parking space.

If I was going to be picky the sofa beds were a little uncomfortable but the rest was excellent

Beautiful place so cosy and so clean this apartment had everything you needed the kitchen was well equipped and so cleaned we will be returning again

Owner was very helpful at all times. Apartment was very spacious and clean with everything you would need. Location was great with lots around.

Sofa beds were not very comfy but they never are.
