The owners tried to charge me 90 pound for dogs when I don't have dogs they tried to take of my Amex. Then also charged me to two deposit of 250 pound also the kettle was full of limescale and hoover did not work

mold in the bathroom very cold upon arrival, as there were two knobs (in different room) to control the heating and I turned the one that was not working I spent the first night sleeping in pants, socks, shirt and sweater :-D next day the owner pointed me towards the working knob and than it was ok.

Decoration in some areas need attention The door bar between the lounge and kitchen needs replacing asap Holes in net curtains Stained curtains in bedroom Garden needs attention not nice to look out on There was a snail on the lounge fire white surround No tv aerial lead so could not receive BBC, ITV etc.

It was spacious and bright.

Lack of things you need when staying as a group… no oven gloves, lack of toilet rolls and oven trays etc. Also sharp items left in drum of washing machine.

Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your place! we were happy to "land" at the quiet neighborhood and get such a needed rest after a long flight. We loved the small garden and the bedrooms, kitchen was spacious and comfortable. exactly what we needed after a transatlantic flight with kids!

we did not find salt in the kitchen (while there was a full basket of teas/coffee/sugar (which was very handy). Salt would be nice - you know, these small things can make life easier :)

House has lovely new furniture, beds are super comfortable, good parking

backyard needs care, no outdoor furniture
