The flat was clean and spacious. Good communication with the owner and easy self check-in/check-out process. The parking in the garage is big even for a SUV and is located right next to the elevator and the stairs.

It was a bit cold in the bathroom, but not very bad.

The location, private parking, huge TV, good wifi connection, and the apartment was large enough to fit a family. The large patio. The owner was kind enough and wanted to come in and try to fix the heat problem.

The apartment was cold even if the thermostat was set at 25 C, the radiator in the bathroom was not working and it was extremely cold. The cleaning was not great when I took a look at the radiator in the bedroom to see if it was working, it had a wooden mask over it when I moved that aside it looked like it had never been cleaned, ever. Unfortunately, the patio was a mess, and not usable.
