Welsh holiday home sleeps 5 close to beaches & mountains

Beautiful Clean house with great views. Host was very good with quick replies and help throughout. House was cosy and warm and a quiet little area.

If coming by van, the parking was difficult due to neighbouring vehicles.

Spaciouces, clean and comfortable cottage in a great location for the coast and mountains. The cottage had everything you need for a vacation. We very much enjoyed our visit to this lovely part of Wales. Good communication with the owner.

The rear garden was very overgrown with treacherous steps up (warning was in place). It could be made nice easily. It didn't really affect our stay but could be beneficial.

The location was good for our trip. Although the road was tight getting into as was the drive but we had somewhere to park.

The garden was small and overgrown with steep steps - needed a handrails could not obviously see an outdoor light. Difficult to let dogs out for bedtime wee better off going for a walk. Great communication with host prior to arrival could not fault. Property was clean at initial glance but clearly some areas had been overlooked. Eg kitchen door handle Manuals were on display for various items such as how to use the hob but spent ages trying to use the oven.

This is a lovely little place with fabulous views. Comfortable sofas and beds and good-sized rooms.

No amenities near by.

Very convenient location and close to several tourist sites such as Snowdon and Portmeirion. Only 15 minutes drive to the closest beach. Although Talysarn village has no shops etc, it’s only a 5 minute drive to Penygroes which has a co-op shop and 4 different types of takeaway. Spacious kitchen which was extremely well equipped with every utensil and appliance you could ever need. A comfortable living room. Lovely views from the front bedroom. Good Wi-Fi throughout the house. Great communication from the owner. Very convenient check-in using a key box.

Although there is a private parking space, it is a tight space. However this is beyond the control of the owner..
