Lovely 1 bedroom rental unit close to the V&A Waterfront

Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt. Direkt vor der Tür sind sämtliche Verbindungen. Die Einrichtung ist modern. Die Betten sind gemütlich. Toll auch die Verpflegung im Haus. Leckeres Frühstück und auch Abendessen.

Die Übergabe war leider nicht so schön. Die Dame war nicht freundlich. Beim Checkout war sie 20 Minuten zu spät.

Poor service, very unprofessional management team which expects the guest to phone around for additional information Bathroom door handle was falling apart TV in the bedroom not working 2nd bedroom toilet does not flush properly & water just runs. Very limited maintenance of the property There was no cups in the kitchen yet tea was provided. We arranged for late check out but we bombarded with messages to check out at 10.00. Overall, very poor experience. Will not stay there again.

Apartamento espectacular y muy bien equipado. La ubicación es perfecta para moverse andando por el centro de la ciudad y el V&A Waterfront.

Habría sido cómodo disponer de un segundo juego de llaves, pero no hubo problema.

Overall we had a good experience. A few things that could have been better: We asked for a second set of key, the lady said she would bring it later the day. I reminded her of it via text message to which she replied that she forgot and would bring them tomorrow. The check-out has to be in person which would have been fine if the person had been on time. Unfortunately we waited 30 minutes for them, without any message. Other then that, the stay was great and easy.
