Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genauso wie beschrieben. Die Lage war ruhig und trotzdem gut angebunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!

Mooie tuin met uitzicht en schommel. Helaas wordt ernaast aan de weg gewerkt.

De kamer viel in alle opzichten tegen, nauwelijks daglicht, niet schoon, de badkamer blijft nat, douche onhandig en kon niet opgehangen. Diner en ontbijt niet goed verzorgd en te duur.

Très bel hôtel avec une très belle décoration. Belle piscine. (Plus bel établissement de notre voyage au Vietnam) Managers très sympas. Ils nous ont organisé notre tour de 3 jours à moto avec chauffeurs. Tout s’est très bien passé. Bon repas.

Peu de relation avec les propriétaires.(manque d’anglais)

It was very peaceful, the food was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly. We only stayed for one night after completely our 3 day bike tour before heading to Haiphong, the pool was lovely to spend the evening in.

It is located just outside of the Ha GIang. A short drive is required if you need to get into the town.

Déjà, les chambres sont authentiques et vraiment magnifiques. La nourriture est excellente. Le personnel complètement au service. J'ai fait un accident de scooter, j'ai dû attendre d'être rapatrié quelques jours et l'on m'a accompagné à chaque fois à l'hôpital, nettoyé mes plaies, porté jusqu'au taxi, la totale.

Quiet, peace, away from chaotic cities

Very minor and I think we can somehow limit it I guess. Smoke, the guys who ride the tourists on the motorbike smoke a lot in the morning.

Schöne Bungalows in sehr entspanntem Ambiente. Gute Bar und sehr leckeres Essen. Unternehmungen und Transfer waren völlig problemlos zu buchen und gut organisiert. Das Küchenpersonal ist mega nett...

Schwierige Kommunikation über booking.com, ein früher Check-in war angeboten, gibt es aber gar nicht. Gruppen sind bevorzugt, und ebenso junge Menschen, für die es sicherlich richtig schön ist, da hier auch alles machbar ist, im Gegensatz zu Endvierzigern...;-) Der Rezeptionist am Morgen besticht durch einsilbige Kommunikation und absoluter Unmotiviertheit...
