Our host, Asia, could not have made us feel more at home. Sharing your domicile with strangers must be somewhat disconcerting to say the least, however from the moment we met her to the moment we left, we were made to feel extremely welcome and comfortable. Ania is a gregarious woman with a keen sense of humour and that is reflected in her attitude towards her temporary tenants. Her home is beautiful, comfortable and in an excellent location for getting around Bognor. Would we return?..without a doubt !

The weather was a bit grim.

close to train station by taxi, clean, beach view , very nice and accommodating host, feels like home.

room too cold that heating shut off during the night that resulted to sleepless stay.

This really exceeded my expectations ! I wasn't sure what to expect as I've only ever booked hotels or B&Bs and I've never done a homestay before. As someone who's very anxious me and my partner were made to feel so so comfortable and I truly mean that. We never even once felt that we were in the way at all and it was actually really quite private, I also don't think the photos actually do justice to how much space there actually is between the area you are in and the area the owner is in, it's also even more gorgeous in person , a truly stunning home. There is actually so much more space than you think there is ! The location is absolutely perfect as you are right in the middle of everything and being so close to the beach and pier as well is just so lucky with lots of food places and a town centre and wetherspoons very close by. The bedroom is very spacious and so nice, the ensuite bathroom is just an absolute dream to be honest, it's so modern and clean and the bath is actually huge which is a massive bonus. I have a bad back so I was also so happy with how comfortable the bed was too and the bedding, we even had a kettle and a variety of different teas to choose from and coffee and sugar etc. Lots of space too for hanging up your coats and clothing etc. The bedroom window lets in such beautiful natural sunlight which is so dreamy but also has blackout blinds for if you want darkness and extra privacy. I would most definitely recommend staying here and I think I will definitely be back in the future too as its the best accommodation I have had in Bognor Regis and with such good location too ! We were very fortunate to find this accommodation and although I was apprehensive about it being a homestay all of my nerves quickly disappeared when I realised you have so much more privacy than you think and you come and go as you please and you don't feel in the way at all.

AN AMAZING HOMESTAY EVERYTHING WAS JUST AMAZING BUT WHAT REALLY MADE MY TIME THERE EVEN MORE THAN JUST AMAZING WAS THE CAT....

I ONLY WISH I COULD STOP THE TIME... SORRY GUYS I CAN NOT FAULT IT IT WAS JUST PERFECT... AND I MOST FORGOT TO SAY...ANIA IM SO HAPPLY UPSET ....THAT I SHALL BE BACK AGAIN SOON... DEEPEST FROM MY HEART A GREAT THANK YOU!!!!

There was no breakfast not a kettle in the room to make a cuppa.Advert a little misleading making you think you had more than just bedroom and suite sure the lady would do things for us but felt invasion off her privacy.We are a 80plus couple that normally do hotel stays .no slur on the lady flat was shinning clean and lucky we had a coffee house on the corner for breakfasts except Christmas morning.but family were near.

On arriving had no idea how to get in or were to go as did not even no flat no or phone number had to phone your help Line As old couple again misleading lucky our son had driven us to Bognor Regis so he took over as we had no idea without him we would still be sitting on the prom stumped as us oldies do not do Tec phoned well .
