MYMYMYMYLocation of the place is good. There are many entertainment gadgets provided. Allowed late check out when it’s available. Prompt in returning the security deposit
Insufficient towels provided. Each room only provided 1 towel but there are many beds were available. Meaning when the property prepares many bed, expectation to have those numbers of guests could be there at anytime. Amenities listed with towels available, therefore we did not bring our own towels. We had to buy it when we found the towels were not sufficient. Informed the PIC but nothing delivered. Garbage bag was not provided too
