Please review and follow these house rules to help ensure a comfortable stay for everyone: • No parties or events at any time, including loud music or unregistered visitors • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM — please be mindful of neighbors and community guidelines • No smoking inside the unit or directly outside the entrance • Furniture must remain in its original placement; rearranging is not allowed • Respect check-in and check-out times — early check-in or late check-out requires prior approval. Comes with a small charge of $45 fee. • Pets policy: – Dogs only (no cats or other pets) – Maximum weight: 50–60 lbs – Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds • Registered guests only — only guests on the reservation may access the property, if you will have visitors, please let us know. • Please treat the home with care and report any issues promptly. Violations of the house rules, including but not limited to parties, smoking, unauthorized guests, or excessive disturbances, may result in immediate removal from the property and a fine of up to $500 per violation. Security Deposit Policy A security deposit will be automatically collected upon booking. Amount that will be collected: $500 Security deposit $17.50 Security Deposit refund processing fee Refund Process: The $500 security deposit will be refunded within 48–72 hours after checkout, provided no damages or house rules violations are reported. If any issues are identified after checkout, we will notify you with details of the issue and the associated cost. Any remaining balance from the security deposit will then be refunded accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation — we truly appreciate it and hope you enjoy your stay! Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
