Saona Sea - Apartamento con vistas en zona arenal, Jávea

Beautiful, modern, light filled apartment and only a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach and promenade of Javea. Undercover parking is also included. Friendly service from start to finish. Highly recommend for a couple or a couple with one child.

location is nice - 5 minutes walk from the beach and all the shops, and cool views from the window. Maybe a bit outdated, but you feel that people care about the place.

Everything was fine for this budget, you just need to control your expectations

the view, the interior design, it felt very comfortable and had amazing fengshui. we felt right at home

the kitchen was great but was lacking a couple of essentials (like a strainer, big sharp knives, grater,..) but otherwise everything was there

Excellent location, walking distance to l'Arenal bars, restaurants and beach, lovely views. Very secure, also had own car parking space. Lovely clean, tidy studio apartment perfect for our winter break. Would definitely visit again. Highly recommend.

Flat was quite chilly even on warm days but to be expected in January. There was an air conditioning unit that also served as a heater but we were trying to be mindful of how much we used it but we did have to use it especially to dry our washing, which took ages. One other slight issue but not a major problem was that we were only given 1 hand/bath towel each for 29 days, which meant we were constantly having to wash them and try to get them dry.

The apartment is very comfortable, stylish, and newly renovated. It is close to the beach and all the best restaurants in the beach area. The owner and the person who let us in are extremely helpful and kind and made sure we had a great stay.
