Современный жилой комплекс. Отличный двор и подъезд. Чистая квартира, хорошая сантехника. Заселение самостоятельно по видеоинструкции-это очень заботливо) хозяева на связи.

Все было хорошо. Мы были только одну ночь. Не недостаток-просто особенность: оплата наличными. Их надо иметь в нужном количестве.

The apartment is exactly like pictured in the pics. Very roomy, comfy and pretty new apartment. It is located inside a gated community. Chisinau is very safe, safer than other European capitals but is a plus for security. Located in a fourth floor it has even a balcony. About cleaning I gotta say it was spotless in every way (10 out of 10).The kitchen is ample with a table and a set of 4 chairs. The bedroom is also pretty big with a comfy mattress. There is also a wardrobe if needed. The bathroom is split in two: on one hand there is a tub, a sink and the washing machine and in a separate room a small sink and the WC. There's also a living room with a sofa-bed and a TV. They provided bathroom gel and shampoo. The kitchen has everything: microwave, oven, sink, fridge, etc. The AC works very well and believe me when I say this is important because in summer time Chisinau gets easily at 36-37C or even more. Sp it is important. Everything is automated: keys are in a box so there's no need for a person except when it comes to pay. Then you meet the person who handles the apartment. Other than that communication was great, fast and very professional.

I did know that beforehand because it is clearly showed in the map. The apartment is about 20 min away from the metropolitan cathedral (downtown) and 45 min away from the central market and autogara (bus station). Anyways there are two supermarkets: Local 4min away in Albiosara Strada and Linella 8 min away. There is also a trolley stop (number 38) in Albiosara Strada that can get you closer to the bus station or train station.

Ωραίο, μεγάλο διαμέρισμα σε συγκρότημα πολυκατοικιών. Έχει πλήρη εξοπλισμό κουζίνας. Φιλόξενος ιδιοκτήτης.

Το parking είναι στους γύρω δρόμους και κάποιες φορές δεν έβρισκες κοντά.
