The size of the caravan was great for our needs. Rooms were clean and tidy. Outside space with table and chairs and other seating was ideal. When I had a query about heating, I received a prompt reply and they were very helpful.

Would have liked the beach to have been a bit closer. There was no oven glove so was a bit difficult removing food from the oven.

Lovely caravan and in a great spot, will definitely be back for another stay 🙂

There was nothing not to like , everything was clean and was just a amazing stay

Everything was lovely and clean. Being able to take our dog and the fact there is a garden. Close to amenities on site. Games and DVDs for our use. The free WiFi. Deposit received back the day of departure.

Great location, and clean accomodation

The fire didn't work, or at least we couldn't get it to work anyway and there was some roadworks going on right behind the caravan which meant we we're woken early

They make u pay deposit and then don’t give it back they took money that was not there’s and blamed us for damages that was already there then my partner takes sleeping meds and got her period as she did not realise till morning they are saying that we owe them even though it’s a natural thing and a acdient then my mate who I care who has autism had a melt down and they are saying I could prevent that they are unprofessional and I’ll be booking butlins or something with insurance in future as they stole my deposit

I loved the chalet it was perfect..very clean very welcoming ..the little add ons for the kids to keep them occupied board games and DVDs.. tv and a little garden ..eating out can be expensive when away but there was a co op on site and we were able to cook and make it much more easier to save and be able to do much more with the kids money wise.. the location of the chalet is literally minutes from the waterpark and soft play and theme park ..local family bar ..brean is perfect for a little family get away .

The only thing I never liked was some rudness of a unity staff member at reception ,I was given a timetable for the bus to weston supermare from the unity staff and each time it was wrong which left me at the bus stop for 2 hours ..I thrn asked staff to help with a taxi as my reception was not good the way I was spoken to was vile..other then that I found the whole stay lovely and the staff from the shops and unity were all lovely .
