L’appartement est proposé avec stationnement dans l’annonce mais en réalité la place n’est pas privative, il faut tourner dans la cité pour avoir une place elles sont quasiment toutes réservées. La cuisine est vétuste vielles plaques électriques, table bancale . Contrairement aux photos on tient difficilement à 4 pour y manger. Bref, sauf si vous êtes restreints par le budget et pas gênés d’avoir le lit dans le salon et un appartement vieillot, passez votre chemin.
