almost everything... nice, clean, big, good... it was even better than I thought and Lucca is absoltuely gorgeous ...

One tiny disappointment is the electrical plugs are these funny Italian "three in a row" and for some reason I did not know and had hard time to charge my laptop and phone, but that is quite common in Italy...

The Apartment is very large , the area is about 1.5 miles out of Lucca with good transport links from there , the Tuscan hills surrounding are gorgeous and there is a gorgeous beach 14 miles away . It was clean . Hot water , washing machine , bath with shower , we had no kettle u til we asked for one .

From the photographs i assumed this area was off the apartment but we was on the second floor and only had access by going downstairs and round the front , the balcony to our apartment was very small . The pool was very dirty but they did clean it presumably after hearing me moaning about it , they said it was the end of the season but we booked it mainly for the pool so they should be clear if it is out of service . It is very near a hospital so lots of sirens going off . No pillowcases on spare pillows and messages via the app were very confusing prior to arrival . there is only a job and microwave and no oven/grill/toaster .

Spacious and well equipped. The hosts were able to accommodate any early check in for me because of a recent accident. Close to San Luca Hospital and a Eurospin supermarket for buying supplies. Fernando, one of the staff was very helpful and kind on many occasions.

The wifi did not work. It was too far from the centre of town for me to walk comfortably.

Shower was cold. Apartment was not clean: toilet dirty on arrival and dishwasher loaded. Not enough cutlery for 6 persons
