The apartment was very comfortable, with good furniture and appliances. The kitchen was modern and convenient, complete with an oven. There were also extra food items in the fridge and a wide selection of teas and spices. The bathroom had everything needed, and there were plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets available. The apartment itself was very spacious. The host clearly didn’t cut corners when it came to guest comfort and thoughtfully provided everything one might need. The town of El Puertito de Güímar turned out to be a hidden gem — just two minutes from the apartment was an incredible natural reserve, covered in lava and right by the ocean. It was perfect for long, unforgettable walks. There was also a safe swimming area with easy access to the ocean, available to everyone in town, which felt like a small, protected bay (note: what is described as a "private beach" is actually a public swimming area). The town has plenty of charming restaurants and bars. The host was very responsive and gave us lots of helpful recommendations. Thank you! We’d be happy to return.

I deducted one star only due to the inaccurate description of the terrace and the unclean laundry dryer. The “terrace” is actually not a relaxing space but a shared laundry area for the entire building. That’s where the washing machine and dryer are located. It’s more of a utility area, so it’s not very suitable for relaxing or working.

The property it was very cozy and clean

She is very friendly, like your personal housekeeper who will advise you on where to eat and drink and not participate in your life, the apartment is very clean and tidy, if you don't like the hustle and bustle of downtown, this town is perfect, this apartment is very modern and wonderful, I would choose Tenerife again.

Everything is brand new

Everything great, lots of info and good communication from the host, nearby parking, wifi good, very comfortable, good kitchen, shower, furnishings.

No washing machine but was fine for a few days for us.
