Everything no customer service unclean rooms

I liked the facilities but they were a bit untidy but overall I only had to wipe a couple of dusty surfaces & mop the floor of food and empty the bin bag & reorganize the cupboards (My Choice Though) wanted to help the staff out an didn't feel put out for helping, staff were polite but in their defence they suffer with Anxiety as do I so I understand their struggles it's why I helped them out.

I didn't like the attitude of some of the other people that were letting rooms also they played loud music an were rude an untidy adding to the overall upkeep of the bathroom & Kitchen facilities of which I choose to clean including some dirty dishes left uncleaned overall was an ok experience I've seen worse.

Staff were very welcoming, friendly, and lovely, The interaction was amazing, and I had a lovely conversation with staff We were given a quick tour and clear notes of the place polices, The area was lovely, especially next to a nice park, The cleanliness of the room was superb, All types of entertainment were accessible on the provided TV Comfortable bed Easy location to find Was able to park outside the place 5 minute drive into city centre Very safe area, very quiet and peaceful

The garden is unaccessible due to construction Renovations cause the kitchen to be covered by tools and materials Laundry on the floor in the kitchen Didn't get the private bathroom / shower in the room as stated in the room description
