Entering the property was easy enough with a 6 digit pin but for someone new to the property and with the very basic information provided, There was no clear step by step instructions on what to use to enter the property. Am I suppose to use the pin given to unlock a lock to retrive the keys to the main metal gate? the property security gate? Main door? Communication between the care taker and host of the property was horrible, Nobody seem to understand english nor respond appropriately to queries.

WE NEED TO KNOW EARLY HOW TO GET INTO THE PROPERTY, Why a simple message just to say use the pin provided on the electropnic keypad by the main door to unlock the electro magnetic door to gain entry into the property. There! simple and to the point. Why can't a simple instruction like that be given to the GUEST before he arrives? The communication for this property is its biggest screw up. Can't even explain a simple question and it takes me having to say they are playing the waiting game to checkin to force a respose from the caretakers. Unbelieveable and atrocious! Mattresses are too old, many of them have sunken in and needs to be changed One of the air-conditoners remote was KAPUT and I had to go around different rooms to try with other remotes. Water pressure for the showers when everyone is taking a shower is dismal and pathetic! You need a pump.

Every room got aircond and hairdryer. Toilet in good condition
