2BR 1BA Duplex House King Beds Great for Small Groups Close to All Uptown Charlotte attractions

The location was amazing and was close to everything it was fantastic would recommend for anyone

Nothing could have been better everything was perfect

There wasn’t much to like about this property. I will say that the property was as pictured in the photos. However, everything was done at the lowest possible costs and you could totally see it.

The property was NOT cleaned well. There was hair everywhere from the bed, all in the bathroom (sink, toilet and tub) and on the couch. The bath tub was not cleaned well with multiple stains in the tub. The sheets had hair on them as well as the towels. The stove wasn’t cleaned at all causing black smoke to come out of it when you turned it on. It was ultimately unusable. The floors were not swept at all and had stuff on them throughout the home. Also the wall paper was coming off of the wall. The home was VERY cold. There was NO central heating/air however the host did provide space heaters in each room and a heating/air conditioner in the hallway. Overall it took a long time to actually heat up. It also took a very long time for the water to get to temperature when showering and/or using the sink. There were also bugs found in the home as well. One alarming thing was the host provided ear plugs which was proven to be desperately needed. The noise from outside the home on a very busy street was unbearable at times. Also the noise from the neighbors was very loud as well. At times sounding like they were in the home with us when they were right outside the window. In addition, the home was a duplex and every time the other home would open/close a door it would shake the entire duplex. Also when I booked this place, the host contacted me and asked for the name and ages of each person staying in the home. This was not a requirement of booking.com but a requirement of the host that was not listed on the listing. Also the host told us they stayed close by and would stop by while we were there. I didn’t feel comfortable with this and requested to cancel. The host refused to cancel our booking and we were forced to stay in this place. After being forced to stay here and experience what I did with this booking. It was not worth what I paid for it.

Alarm system made me feel safe. Truly enjoyed the passcode being associated with phone number thus easy to remember for entering and exiting.

The bed was super comfortable!

I wish there was a fan in the bathroom.

Great location, lovely decorations, fully equipped with all you need, plenty of space, great alarm system, very formidable space to stay in.

The shower head is way too low.

The location was great. Close to alot of businesses.

There was nothing that i didn't like about it. If in Charlotte again would book it again.
